We’re excited to announce that Nathan Holloway has joined RJ Lee Group as the new Senior Laboratory Director at our Columbia Basin Analytical Laboratory (CBAL) in Pasco, Washington.
With over 20 years of experience in laboratory management, Mr. Holloway brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the team. His background includes overseeing complex analytical operations and driving innovation in lab environments—skills that align perfectly with our mission at RJ Lee Group.
Located in the heart of the Columbia Basin, our Pasco facility is more than just a lab—it’s a hub of scientific excellence. CBAL offers a wide range of services, including environmental and industrial hygiene testing, advanced microscopy (SEM, TEM, PLM/PCM), organic and inorganic chemistry, mobile lab capabilities, and geotechnical analysis. The lab also plays a critical role in radiological testing and supports Department of Energy contractors with DOECAP-accredited services.
What sets CBAL apart is its team of experts in geology, environmental engineering, and instrumentation development. Together, they tackle challenges in waste form testing, corrosion studies, and vapor intrusion mapping—making a real impact on environmental and industrial safety.
Mr. Holloway’s appointment signals our continued commitment to excellence and growth. His leadership will be instrumental in expanding our capabilities, mentoring our talented staff, and ensuring we remain at the forefront of analytical science.
